Saturday 7th September

We have arranged an  opportunity for you to experience some sailing on the beautiful Norfolk Broads.
Come and join us on Saturday 7th September 2019, you don't need any experience. It's up to you what you wish to achieve on the day, but you can simply sit and be sailed or take the plunge and get stuck in and take the controls.

Price = £11 per person with MS, Carers Go Free.

Sailing is a very peaceful activity, theres nothing better than having the wind in your hair (or head as in my case!)
There are plenty of opportunities to look out for Kingfishers and Herons.

The staff (all volunteers) are fantastic. They are experts in all kinds of disabilities.

The one big thing is, don't worry about getting in and out of the boats, they have all sorts of gadgets and gizmos and fab people too, who will do anything for you, but will also stand back and let you trust yourself.

Please confirm by the end of this week as I need to provide numbers. We can take 21 people as a maximum. So it's on a first come basis.
